I loved staying at hotel and would use them next time. The restaurant was excellent with great service staff here, I had delicious dishes. The staff were extremely helpful and the facilities provided were good. The location was magnificent, at a short distance from a monumental fountain. You could walk to a mall and an old market.

The rooms were new-fashioned with comfy beds, the staff were exceptionally nice and very pleasant. The location was particularly good there, close to all the main attractions in Bydgoszcz.

Thoroughly enjoyed my really really nice stay for business trip or short stay. The staff was attentive, took good care of everyone. The room itself was exceptional, outstanding with tv and had essentials I needed. The location was unbeatable and magnificent, relatively close to Opera Nova Conference Centre. There were a shopping centre and an old market around the hotel. Everything was perfect, I recommend.

Exceptional staff throughout our stay. Rather big and rather spacious hotel units with a wired internet connection which worked well as well as LCD TVs.

Liked the place, had a very nice stay for business trip or short stay. The rooms were large and well stocked in general, with tv. It was nice to find an electric kettle and a fridge. The location was perfect and magnificent, at a moderate distance from Opera Nova Conference Centre. There was a pleasant restaurant, shopping centres and a big shopping mall next door.

City Hotel was very clean and modern, close to old town square and bus and tram stops. It was also walking distance to parks and malls. The staff was helpful and courteous. As a busness hotel, it was excellent.

Conveniently located near a large mall and river, this hotel offers spacious rooms with comfortable double beds and large desks, as well as amenities such as a minibar and free toiletries. The breakfast selection is varied and includes an egg station with a chef.
The Wi-Fi connection in the room is unreliable, often requiring guests to log in repeatedly. The atmosphere in the lobby bar can be slow, so obtaining service may be difficult.

The staff at this hotel were very friendly and accommodating. They went out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. The location of the hotel was also great, with easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions. the breakfast offered a good variety of options and was served in a spacious and airy dining area, making it a pleasant start to the day.
The hotel itself was quite dated and in need of renovation. The design and decor felt old-fashioned, which was a letdown.
